Inclement Weather Procedure for Practices and Home Games: Inclement weather decisions are made by the Towsontowne Recreation Council Representative based on the safety of the girls and condition of the fields.

Cancellations will typically be posted on the Towsontowne Girls Lacrosse Hotline 410-357-9388 and press 4, and the website www.ttrec.org by 4:00 p.m. weekdays and early in the morning on weekends. Every effort will be made to post changes or cancellations at least 1.5 hours before practice or game time.

As a rule, always check the Hotline for any sudden weather changes and game cancellations. In cases of unusual cold, heat or high wind, practice could be cancelled particularly for Clinic, Tykers or Lightning age groups.

Cancellations for Away Games: Your coach will make every effort to post an away game change or cancellation on the Hotline only as soon as he/she has been notified by the opposing coach.
