Recreation Council Soccer Program
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Towsontowne Soccer Program is to afford a safe, developmentally focused, and fun play environment for youth soccer. The Program offers play opportunities to the greatest extent permitted by its physical, financial and volunteer capacities. The Program emphasizes developing skills and having fun. The Program believes that maximum effort, mutual respect, and competitive civility are worthy virtues, which are to be encouraged among the Program’s players, coaches, officials, and participant families.
